Safe Halloween 2017
Bakersfield's safest (and most fun!) Halloween tradition...
Silly spooks and happy haunts are on the docket for this year’s Safe Halloween at The Kern County Museum. Pioneer Village will be transformed into a Halloween village complete with trick-or-treating, family-friendly games and activities, entertainment, food, and more! This beloved annual event is a safe way to enjoy the spooky thrills of Halloween.
Monday, October 30 & Tuesday, October 31
5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
$10 Children – Children 2 and under are free with ticketed adult
Premium parking (in the museum lot) will be sold the day of (Price TBA). Free parking will be available in the Stramler Park parking lot.
Children 12 and under with a ticket will receive a trick-or-treat bag. *
- No outside treat bags, totes or buckets. A bag will be provided to children with a ticket.
- No gore or toy weapons (excluding fairy wands and lightsabers. These will be allowed this year).
- This event will happen rain or shine. Refunds are not available.
* Trick-or-treat bag not included. If your child is "2 & Under" and wants to trick-or-treat, you must purchase a children's ticket.
