Kids 5-12, join us this summer for a camp weaving history, art, science, and technology! Campers will enjoy lessons in magic, puppetry, arts and crafts, photography, dance, theater, cooking and museum arts such as printing, archaeology, and archival sciences.  Additionally, students will learn about trains, geology, oil exploration, and see the secrets of the museum. Pioneer Village Summer Camp is an unforgettable and unique summer experience!

7:30am-8:30am: Free play, arts and crafts, games
8:30am-9:00am: Clean up
9:00am-9:30am: Morning snack  (Camp+EC)
9:30am-11:30am: Camp activity/Program
11:30am-12:00pm: Clean up, gather campers, bathroom
12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch, free play
1:00pm-1:30pm: Gather campers, bathroom
1:30pm-3:30pm: Camp activity/Program
3:30pm-4:00pm: Afternoon snack(Camp+EC)
4:00pm-5:00pm: Free play, arts and crafts, game


Camp + Extended Care (Camp+EC): 7:30am-5:30pm
Members: $205 per week
Non-Members: $250 per week
(Week 5: $123 members, $150 non-members)

Camp: 9:30am-3:30pm
Members: $155 per week
Non-Members: $190 per week
(Week 5: $93 members, $114 non-members)

$10 off per additional sibling.  Campers bring their own lunch.  Lunch is not provided.  Full payment must be made for reservation.  No refunds will be given.  No pro-rating.  Cash and checks are acceptable for payment. Please make checks payable to Kern County Museum. Visa, Master Card, and Discover payments are accepted and will be charged a convenience fee of $0.45.
