Do dealers accept checks? Credit Cards?
Some do and some don’t. Plan on using cash.
What happens if I buy something too big to carry?
We will have some porters available for larger items. You can arrange to drive to the rear entrance of the Museum where you can have help loading it into your vehicle. You might also consider making arrangements for delivery.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well behaved leashed dogs are welcome to attend with respectful, responsible owners.
What items will vendors be allowed to sell ?
Village Flea is an antiques and collectibles show and sale. No new items, service vendors, or unrelated vendors will be allowed. We are not a yard sale.
Vintage and antique furniture and artwork
Estate and costume jewelry
Glass, porcelain, ceramics.
Clocks, watches, and vintage appliances.
Curiosities, books, magazines, vinyl records, gadgets and kitchen items.
Vintage clothing… no new clothing, new handbags or new shoes.
No operative guns or new knives.
Vendor tents, tables and chairs?
Vendors must supply their own pop up tents and covers, tables and chairs. If the cover has four legs, 25 pounds of weight must anchor each leg. An umbrella must have 35 pounds anchored for a single pole. Electricity will need to be explicitly requested on the vendor application and is limited. Vendors must supply their own extension cords.
Can I share a booth with a friend?
Please out one form with both of your names, business names & make one payment. You are welcome to share a booth with a friend. However, you may not split the booth into two 5 x 5 booths. You must integrate your items with each other’s things so that your booth has a flow and is large enough for customers to see your treasures with ease.
A California resale license is required.
